Protein domains

When a doc gives the name of a specific domain or motif in a protein that is critical for function, should we highlight that along with the protein name? Since it could suggest a specific structure to search for in other proteins and therepies.

Ex. "EGF domain", "discoidin-like domain", "RGD motif"

Hi Sky,

This is a great question and raises a great point!  There is a lot more useful information in these abstracts than what is currently covered by the rules governing our three concept types.  Similar to specific mutations (which would also be quite useful), we ask that you resist the urge to mark these for now.
